My Nephew & the Ouija Board

When my nephew was a teenager, he and his friends got together to experiment with the Ouija board. It worked. Since that day, only he began experiencing seeing spirits, like all the time. He began confining himself in his room and hearing voices, when no one else could. We went over to the house one day to visit him, as my sister was already feeling uneasy. When we went into my nephew's room, the room was very cold, almost frigid in the summer heat, and the hair on our arms began to rise. We felt it was something evil, and that's when my nephew's friend told us it started from the time they played with the Ouija board. We took the board and buried it somewhere in the bushes, and prayed. Soon after, my nephew was back to his normal self, not seeing or hearing anymore spirits, and the temperature in his room was back to normal. Never again, did he or his friends "experiment" with the Ouija board, ever again! (By Manny)

Our "Wee Gee" Board Experience

When I was in high school, my friend and I would sometimes cut-school. Well, on one such occasion, we went to my house to "test" this wee gee board that was given to me by my aunt. We sat on the living room floor and began having a ball with it, asking questions about our grades, our prom dates, etc. After couple hours, we decided to take a break, so we sat on the sofa chatting away. Suddenly, my dog in the back yard began howling. My friend and I quickly looked at each other, like, "No way!" We went back to the wee gee board and asked it why was the dog howling. It responded, "I was looking out the window". That was enough to freak us out, and quit playing with the wee gee board. (By Anonymous)

Scary Ouija Experience

One day a bunch of my friends and I met at a park to play with a Ouija board. We figured because it was during the daytime nothing would happen, plus none of us ever played with one before. Well one of my friends had a van that was equipped with a table in the back of the van and two long seats like benches. We placed the Ouija board on the table and started to ask a question, if anyone was here. We sat quietly and waited for the disc to move but it didn't, instead it was the whole board that was moving! It started turning while all of our fingers were on the disc. We all screamed and yelled our heads off, tumbling over each other to run out of the van. That a really scary experience, and we all vowed never played with it again, and we left the board at the park... in the trash! (By Anonymous)

An Infatuated Spirit?

A bunch of us got together one day to have some 'spooky fun' with the Ouija board. There was about eight of us, and one of the girls was really pretty, and her name was Maile. Well, when we'd ask the 'spirit' questions it wouldn't respond to our questions because it would keep spelling over and over, "I want Maile". We all felt a little uneasy with such a creepy response. We weren't getting anywhere with our little séance, so Maile decided to play with the Ouija, by herself. We didn't think it was a good idea, but that's what she wanted to do, so we stood close by to watch. Then right before she placed her fingers on the planchette, all of a sudden it moved by itself, straight across the board and away from her nearly falling off the board! I never heard a group of people screamed so loudly and ran from the board like a bunch of scared rabbits! (By Anonymous)

Her Future Husband

First let me say that this is a really awesome website. Anyway, me and my cousin had a little cool experience with the Ouija board. We were around 12 (me) and 14 (her) years old at the time and tried it only once at our aunty's house. All I remember is we were asking it questions about my cousin. It said YES that she is going to get married someday, and so we asked what would be the initial of her husband's first name. It pointed to "W". I don't know why I made it a point to remember that, but I did. Many years later when my cousin was in her early 30's, she hooked up with her first boyfriend, then later they got married.
