Night Marchers - 2

Miracle Child

Miracle Child

Night marchers up Waiakea Uka upper Hilo on the mountain there are two houses on about 12 acres. A friend and I was going to buy this place, which one of the houses is on the path of the night marchers. I saw three of them. They kept me up all night. My mana is strong but theirs is the scariest, gruesome, spooky-scared, narley spirits I have ever seen, and I will never forget what they look like. They were telling me, “What the f--- are you doing here” by mental telepathy. At that same house this lady (who didn’t know about it) woke up screaming with a huge welt on her left arm. I saw it. It went away 2 weeks later. That, and seeing my friend get slammed against two walls, on the cement floor, and picked up again. Their other friends saw the same thing. Why? Because he called the spirit out. Building that house never got finished. It’s a stone house past 7-Eleven going Makapuu. I have met the old man that owned the land he was a good kahuna. He said it was a sacred fishing heiau and three men tried to build the house, and he told them “No, it’s kapu but they didn’t listen and they all died. And that’s as far as the house got built. I am what you call a miracle child, meaning a miracle really did happen to me, and God is the only one that can cure you. Through the years, I have been blessed and gifted from me God I have become healer/helper-type of guy. After blowing up last accident God had told me, it was not time to leave his world yet. I see spirits all the time and I also became more psychic and tell things to people. I don’t even know it’s a gift. And yes the government cut through the most sacred valley on Oahu’s Halawa valley and it cost one billion dollars a mile. 60 billion dollars the most expensive road in the world. Sorry to say also more tragic will happen on the H-3 I have also seen spirits in the first tunnel. There are reasons some stay and some leave. I also can talk to dolphins. (By BF-L)

It was a night I will never forget. It was the summer of 1987. My friend Rodney and I were playing basketball at Moanalua Elementary School. Unaware of the time, we heard a loud ringing noise which was to indicate the park lights were shutting down. The lights slowly died down and we began walking to his car. As we walked to the car, we noticed a pounding drum in the air. We both were perplexed and stood their wondering what it was. We then began to hear the drone of men chanting with the drum. It almost seemed to fade in and out with the wind blowing. "It's the night marchers!" Rodney looked at me and said "The what?" I began to explain to him the stories I learned growing up. I told him about the spirits of the warriors marching on a path to the sea and the story of how you were supposed to bow and cover your eyes. "You want me to believe that crap?" Rodney chuckled. Before we knew it, the air turned cold like someone just opened a refrigerator. This wasn't your normal cold breeze. This was a still cold chill that ran straight to your bones, almost felt like electricity running through my body. It felt like time stood still and there was no lights. Just pitch darkness. I dropped to my knees and covered my eyes. I heard Rodney next to me breathing and whispering "It's cold man, it's cold!" The chanting seemed to be right in front of us. We soon heard what sounded like dragging feet. We waiting as it passed and didn't hear it anymore. Rodney got up and looked around. I slowly stood up and looked around. No one was in the park. The direction they were heading towards was the ocean. This event sparked my curiosity of the paranormal world. (By Paranormal808)

It's the Night Marchers!

It's the Night Marchers!

Many years ago, my mom's friend (Margie) told me a story that happened to her when she lived in Manoa. She was renting an old 2 story house that was located at the very back of Manoa (at the base of the mountain). Margie slept in the bedroom on the 2nd floor near the top of the stairs, and she would always close her bedroom door before going to bed. One night at around 1:30am, she couldn't sleep and was in bed and reading her bible. All of a sudden, a there was a tremendous pounding of footsteps coming up the stairs. Margie said that it sounded like really huge people stomping up the stairs. The noise was deafening, and the floor and walls of her bedroom were shaking. Terrified, she clutched her bible tightly and prayed to God to "please make it go away!". As the pounding footsteps reached her bedroom door, the door shook violently accompanied with a loud boom!, and then everything went silent. A couple of days later, Margie got up the nerve to tell her neighbor what had happened, and asked the neighbor if the house was haunted. The neighbor explained that the house wasn't haunted, but that it was in the path of the Night Marchers. Margie moved out quickly. (By GeeBee)

Manoa Night Marchers

Manoa Night Marchers

Back in the 1960's my cousin Valerie was a member of a 4H Club which rented the cabins at Camp Erdman. On the second night of their camp at 2 a.m., she and her girlfriends were awakened by the sound of beating drums. They all agreed that the sound was coming from the mountainside. They peered out of their cabin window into the darkness and saw torch lights moving from the top of the mountain down towards the ocean. All of them watched in awe for a couple of minutes. When the torch lights reached the bottom of the mountain, my cousin said that all of a sudden the sound of beating drums and the torch lights disappeared. The girls were spooked because they all had heard stories and were warned about the Night Marchers. The strange thing is, my cousin Valerie said that only she and her girlfriends witnessed this...everyone else in the camp was sound asleep! (By GeeBee)

Mokuleia Night Marchers

When I was young, I spent some of my summers staying at my auntie's house in Whitmore Village (located on the outskirts of Wahiawa). Those were some of the best times in my life. My older cousin Carl used to let me sleep in his bedroom during my visits, and I slept on an old WWll army cot on the other side of the room near the door. During one particular visit (I was 10 years old at the time), my cousin and I were asleep one night and we were awakened at about 3 o'clock in the morning by loud voices. We both sat up in bed and looked at each other. We distinctly heard what sounded like a party...right outside of his bedroom wall (in the yard next to the house). We heard many people talking and laughing in Hawaiian, and we could also faintly hear someone playing the ukulele and singing. I crawled onto my cousin's bed and we both crept up to the window and looked out. None of the other houses had their lights on, and it was really dark...we couldn't see a thing! Still we heard the talking and laughing. My cousin told me to go back to bed, ignore the noise, and try to sleep (yeah right!). I was really scared! Late the next morning I was sitting at the kitchen table eating my breakfast. My cousin Carl walked past me and without skipping a beat quirked, "it sounded like da ghosts wuz having one good time yeah? Then he made this spooky laugh. I got all chicken skin! Stupid Carl!
